About Me

I’m Lucy, an executive and career coach with a background in senior leadership within the fashion and retail industry.

I spent over 20 years building my career in buying, working for brands including Topshop, Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie, where I joined the Senior Leadership team as Head of Buying. Along the way, I’ve led teams, managed complex businesses, made high-pressure decisions and worked in environments where getting the best from people really matters.

The part of leadership I’ve always found most rewarding is people — understanding what makes someone tick, helping them build confidence, navigate challenges and ultimately become more effective in how they work and lead.

That’s what led me to coaching.

I work with ambitious professionals and senior leaders who want to be more effective, whether that’s leading with greater impact, navigating complexity, strengthening relationships, building confidence, making important decisions or thinking through what comes next. Sometimes that means addressing a specific challenge; sometimes it’s about stepping back from the day-to-day and creating the space to think more strategically about yourself, your leadership and your career.

My coaching style is warm, down-to-earth and supportive. I create a space where you can step away from the noise, think openly and honestly, and look at things from a different perspective. My role isn’t to tell you what to do, but to help you explore what’s really going on, identify what matters and find a way forward that works for you.

Currently completing my Executive Coaching Diploma with the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC), I bring a professionally grounded, evidence-informed approach to coaching, combined with years of experience across leadership, people, brands and business.

Ultimately, my aim is to help you get the most from yourself, your leadership and your career.
